Order Packaging
We understand the importance of maintaining privacy when delivering steroid products. So, we always use plain packaging that doesn’t indicate the contents of your delivery. Nobody will be able to tell what’s being delivered, as it will look like any other online order.
Delivery Times
We offer fast delivery times throughout the UK. Please note that delivery times can vary depending on your location, although we always aim to dispatch orders as quickly as possible. We only dispatch orders Monday-Friday.
All delivery information is included in your order email, so make sure to check it for updates regarding dispatch and delivery or alternatively do not hesitate to email us and we will provide you with an update.
UK shipping costs £8 for orders below £200 and is free on orders of £200 or more.
UK orders are dispatched the next working day after payment clears using Royal Mail 24hr Tracked. Orders placed on Saturday are processed on Monday.
Order Delays
Please note that order delays are possible due to various circumstances such as delays from suppliers and delays due to public holidays etc.
Also, we require complete shipping info from customers, and cannot be held reasonable for delays caused by incorrect customer information.
Lost Orders
If your order is not delivered within 28 days of order placement it is considered lost. Please contact customer support for more information regarding lost orders.
